Shipping Methods

Shipments within Greece

Your order is shipped all over Greece through the courier (ELTA) cooperating with our store. After shipping, the order is given a shipping number.

For inaccessible areas, the customer is informed before shipping of any charge.

Shipping/delivery time

The order is generally shipped within one (1-2) working days from its confirmation. Confirmation of the order is required in some cases if this is deemed necessary by our store.

The delivery time of your order depends in each case on the region in which it is shipped and the carrier.

In central cities of Greece the delivery takes place within 1-3 days from the day of delivery of the order to the courier and if there are no reasons of adverse weather conditions or inability to find the customer by the courier. In inaccessible areas, this period of time increases depending on the inaccessible area.

In any case, our company makes every effort to ensure the best possible service of the customer by the Courier and is not responsible for any delays in delivery.

PRODUCT RETURN

The customer has the right to return the products within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the order and if this is done without having used the products and with the simultaneous dispatch of all the accompanying (retail receipt, product card, etc.)and after having previously informed us in any case about the return via email to the info@zartans.com. Changes are NOT accepted without the proof of purchase and the product card. The return costs of the products are borne by the customer and the return is made with the courier company of his choice. If the use of the products is found, they will be sent back to the customer. In case all the terms of the return have been met, the customer is entitled to receive a full refund (which will be made exclusively through a bank after consultation with our company) or the new product of his choice.

In the event that the customer notices that a product has not been included in his order or is defective, he must immediately inform the company about the fact in order to replace or refund the amount corresponding to the product. Changes, replacements or refunds can only be made in 14 days from the receipt of the order by the customer. After this time no change, replacement or refund is possible.

Order Cancellation – Changes

The user has the ability before the completion of the order to go to the previous page and remove the products from his cart. If the order is completed, the user can, after consultation with our company, return his product within 14 days from the date of delivery. In a period of offers or discounts can only be made during this period. Seasonal products (Christmas) cannot be changed after the end of the festive season (changes will be accepted until December 31 of the year they were purchased and only if this date falls under the time limit of changes, i.e. within 14 days of receipt of the product) If the receipt of the order takes place after the end of the offers or the discounts or Christmas holidays, there is the possibility of changing up to five working days from the day of receipt of the package by the customer. In order for such a return to be accepted, the product must not have been used in any way, its condition must be perfect and accompanied by all its proofs (labels, receipt, etc.)
